Religious and Cultural Voices Meet in Madrid

Madrid welcomed faith representatives, cultural figures and civic voices to highlight cultural diversity and peaceful coexistence. The meeting included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police news eu commission Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and Denise González. Speakers shared different experiences and viewpoints on how open dialogue can strengthen coexistence.

In the discussion, participants considered themes such as human rights, cultural identity and respect for differences. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative with Scientology’s interest in education, prevention and civic responsibility. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, emphasised that cultural and religious diversity can become a strength when supported by education and dialogue.
